Hey Steve,
I really appreciate your guy coming out to my house this morning and doing an AWESOME job on such a short notice. I have to say, I think that you guys are awesome and do a great job. But more importantly, the cost was outstanding. I was telling Brian, I called a local plumber prior to you and he told me $1800 for the job, I told him that was crazy, he said that that's what plumbers are getting and he said he was competitive. So I told him fine, then you called and told me a price and you stayed with that price, not hidden costs, just what you stated. I called that local guy back and he said that no one could do that job the right way for that amount of money, well guess what, I found a great plumber who does and I promises you, you guys are my plumbers from here on out.
Thanks again for a great price and a awesome job. I also want to say that the guy who came over was really nice and told me what he was going to do and kept me informed, he didn't leave till I was satisfied.
